According to the report, in 2023, the number of cases accepted by the court continued to increase, with 7,776 technical intellectual property and monopoly cases (including 5,062 and 2,714 old cases), and 4,562 cases with a ratio of 90.1%. Compared with 2022, the number of cases increased by 25.8% (among which, the number of new cases increasing by 14.9% and the number of cases increasing by 31.5%).
