Gary Wong

Mr. Wong focuses on corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings; secondary equity fund raisings including rights issues and convertible securities; and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in a wide range of general commercial and corporate finance transactions, including representing both issuers and underwriters in connection with listing of securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong; as well as takeovers and mergers of listed companies.

Mr. Wong is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, and English.
