Álvaro

Mr. Álvaro is the Senior Consultant of the Spanish Legal Affairs Department in P.Z. WOO & ZHONGLUN W.D. LLP, the Managing Director of Net Craman Abogados Asia including Corporate and Restructuring department in China.

Along with a broad formation on Constitutional Law, European Law and Public and Private International law, he holds a wide expertise in advising national and international clients in the Corporate Law, International Contracts, Corporate and M&A. He provides wide-ranging advisory services, including mergers, acquisitions and divestments, strategic and financial advice, distressed M&A process or restructuring and leveraged buyouts.

Based in Hong Kong since 2014, he has managed the expansion in Asia of many Spanish companies and he is a regular speaker at conferences on how to land in China for Spanish and Latin American companies.
